Diagnostic
Governance Readiness Audit
Is the experience protected? A fixed-scope diagnostic that answers the question with evidence, in 15 working days.
Every luxury project has a programme plan, a cost plan and a design team. Almost none has an instrument that protects the thing the investment was actually made for: the experience. The Governance Readiness Audit is a fixed-scope diagnostic that answers one question for an owner, developer, maison or operator: is this project currently able to protect its experiential intent through design, procurement, delivery and opening, and where will that intent erode first?
Request a Governance Readiness Audit
When owners commission it
At concept approval
Before design development begins, when the intended experience is still intact and the instrument to protect it can be put in place at full value.
At contractor award
Before procurement and value engineering start making irreversible decisions, to establish what every proposal will be tested against.
When something feels wrong
When an owner suspects the project on site is drifting from the project they approved, and wants an evidenced answer rather than reassurance.
What it examines
Ten dimensions, two for each stage of The AVIORE Method, each rated on written evidence from the project's own documents and two structured interviews. No rating rests on assertion.
01 Strategic Vision
Does a current, written statement of experiential intent exist, and does a named authority own it?
02 Experience Definition
Is the intent defined measurably, so a decision can be tested against it, and is it signed by the principal with a deviation protocol?
03 Design Governance
Do design reviews test deliverables against the intent, and does the intent survive into specifications and samples?
04 Delivery Discipline
Is every value engineering and change decision tested against the definition before it is made, and is substitution controlled by a written rule?
05 Activation and Performance
Is opening readiness defined against the intent, beyond snagging, and will the delivered experience be measured against the opening intent?
What you receive
The readiness assessment
All ten dimensions rated, with the evidence behind every rating, and coverage stated plainly: what was found, and how much could be seen.
The first erosion point
Where experiential intent will be lost next, and in which forum: the finding most owners act on first.
The governance response
A sequenced set of actions, each naming its owner, the authority it requires and the project milestone it must precede.
The principal readout
The findings presented to the decision-maker directly. Delivered within 15 working days of complete inputs.
How it is governed
The audit assesses; it does not instruct. AVIORE's authority is definitional and evaluative, never executive: it defines the standard, tests decisions against it and reports to the principal. It does not negotiate commercial terms, instruct contractors or place orders. Inputs are handled under NDA, no commercially sensitive pricing is required, and the audit is not a design review, a feasibility study or a substitute for the professional appointments a project requires.
The audit's method is documented, its ratings follow published rules, and the same discipline it assesses is the discipline it is built with. Where the audit leads to a governance mandate, its findings become the starting point for the Experiential Brief.

Why Luxury Projects Lose Their Original Vision
Not in one decision, but in hundreds of small ones.
We govern a small number of projects each year.
The cost of understanding where a project is at risk is a fraction of the cost of discovering it at handover.
