When should governance be engaged?
Earlier than most owners expect. The greatest value is set before design begins, when the Experiential Brief is defined and every later decision can be held to it. The Method also enters mid-project: a governance readiness audit establishes where intent is already at risk, and a rescue audit brings structure to a project in distress. The wrong time is after handover, when what was lost cannot be recovered.
What is the Governance Readiness Report?
The Governance Readiness Report is AVIORE’s diagnostic entry point. A structured assessment, typically two to four weeks, that examines a project’s vision, governance and delivery alignment, identifies where experiential intent is most at risk, and recommends the correct scope of oversight. The cost of understanding where a project is at risk is a fraction of the cost of discovering it at handover.
