Privacy Policy
How AVIORE handles personal data, on this website and in the course of its work. This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking.
1. Who we are
This website, avioregroup.com, is operated by AVIORE GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16975859, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. AVIORE GROUP LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
AVIORE also operates through AVIORE FZ-LLC, licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates, Trade Licence 47028405. Where an engagement is contracted through AVIORE FZ-LLC, that entity is the controller for personal data processed in connection with the engagement.
Questions about this policy or your personal data can be sent to contact@avioregroup.com.
2. What this website collects
This website is a single-page, read-only site. It does not use cookies, analytics tags, tracking pixels, contact forms or any third-party scripts. Visiting the site does not require you to provide any personal data, and we do not build visitor profiles.
The site is hosted by Netlify. As with any web host, Netlify's infrastructure may record standard technical data in server logs when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type and time of access, for the purposes of security, reliability and abuse prevention. This data is processed under Netlify's own terms and privacy policy and is retained for a limited period. AVIORE does not use this data to identify individual visitors.
The site contains a link to the AVIORE company page on LinkedIn. If you follow that link, LinkedIn's privacy policy governs any data it collects.
3. When you contact us
If you email us, we will hold your name, email address, and the content of your correspondence, together with any information you choose to share about your organisation or project. We use this to respond to your enquiry, to assess and discuss a potential engagement, and to maintain a record of our communications.
Our lawful basis for this processing under the UK General Data Protection Regulation is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and conducting our business, or, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract with you or steps taken at your request before entering into one.
4. Professional contact data
In the course of our business we may hold business contact information about senior individuals at organisations relevant to luxury project governance, such as name, job title, employer, business email address and professional history. This information is obtained from publicly available professional sources, from direct introduction, or from you. We process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining professional relationships and communicating about our services to people for whom they are relevant.
Any professional communication from AVIORE will identify us clearly and will always offer a simple way to opt out. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will do so immediately.
5. Client and engagement data
Where AVIORE is engaged on a mandate, we process personal data of client personnel, consultants, contractors and other project participants as necessary to deliver the engagement. This processing is governed by the engagement letter or contract, by any non-disclosure agreement in place, and by this policy. Confidential project information is handled under strict access control and is never entered into consumer-grade tools that retain data.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business and who are bound by contract to protect it, including our email and productivity platform (Microsoft 365), our customer relationship management system, our accounting and document signing providers, and professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants where necessary. We may also disclose personal data where required by law, regulation or court order.
7. International transfers
AVIORE operates from the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, so personal data may be transferred between these jurisdictions and to service providers located elsewhere. Where personal data protected by UK law is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we rely on an adequacy regulation, the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful safeguard. Personal data processed in the United Arab Emirates is handled in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
8. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is normally deleted within 24 months. Client and engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to seven years afterwards to meet legal, accounting and professional indemnity requirements. Professional contact data is reviewed periodically and removed when no longer relevant, or immediately on request.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests, including any direct marketing;
- ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances;
- receive your data in a portable format where processing is based on consent or contract.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@avioregroup.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the opportunity to address any concern directly first.
10. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission, access controls and enterprise-grade platforms. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of client and contact data seriously as a matter of professional standard.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
